I've been in the e-commerce business for a while now and I run my own online store, but honestly I had no idea that online stores faced so many returns. How can I make this process faster and easier and still leave the customer with a pleasant experience with my store? |

I assume there are some software or other solutions out there right now that you can use to automate the returns processing or something like that. Contact the developers. |

Custom development is not even required in such cases. If you run your online store on one of the e-commerce platforms like Magento, then magento 2 product return rma extension will be a great solution to automate the processing of return requests. That's at a minimum. Consult with the experts at Amasty who provide integration services for such extensions. |
